Husqvarna’s very limited “non-MX” street bike lineup makes its way into 2022 with the introduction of the long-awaited Norden 901. Finally utilizing the brands well known off-road prowess, consumers are now able to take a high-performance Husqvarna machine anywhere they please.

The Swedish motorcycle builder is known for its highly exotic yet minimalist approach to design, and this – of course – carries onto their 2022 motorcycle line-up with the inclusion of the Norden 901.

2022 Husqvarna Norden 901

2022 Husqvarna Norden 901

After a year of teasers and speculation, Husqvarna is finally ready to release their long-awaited Norden 901 Adventure motorcycle. With how extreme the styling is on the Svartpilen and Vitpilen, it came as no surprise when the Swedish motorcycle manufacturer unveiled the Norden 901. It looks pretty extreme for even ADV standards.

The Norden 901 is brand new, but its 890cc parallel-twin engine is not. Borrowed from Husqvarna’s sister company -KTM – the 890cc parallel-twin produces 105 horsepower and 74 lb-ft of torque out of the box which should help fulfill Husqvarna’s idea of this motorcycle being a bike geared towards long-distance riding without off-road sacrifice.

2022 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

2022 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

Dubbed the “Urban Explorer”, Husqvarna’s Svartpilen 401 provides a very versatile and fun riding experience for riders seeking a stylish yet capable motorcycle. At first glance, you can immediately tell that this motorcycle has had a lot of thought put into it from a visual standpoint, but the greatness doesn’t stop there.

The Svartpilen 401 is propelled by a 373cc single-cylinder engine; proud of its compact and lightweight form factor. With such a light overall design, 44 horsepower and 27 lb-ft of torque go a long way.

MSRP: $5,399 USA / $6,299 CAN

2022 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401

Slightly more refined than its go-anywhere brother, the Vitpilen 401 has a more road-worthy approach to motorcycle philosophy. Although it still encompasses some of the striking visuals taken from the Svartpilen, the Vitpilen features a much more aggressive seating position thanks to its low-slung handlebars in addition to the slick tires that cater well to the higher quality pavement.

It boats the same 373cc single-cylinder engine from the Svartpilen; producing 44 horsepower and 27 lb-ft of torque.

2022 Husqvarna 701 Enduro

2022 Husqvarna 701 Enduro

Through Husqvarna’s well-decorated trophy room dedicated to enduro championships; the 701 Enduro is born. Its single-cylinder mill produces 74 horsepower and 54 lb-ft of torque; more than enough juice to get you up any steep hill when out on the trails.

Thanks to the 13L tank, this street-legal dirtbike will also fetch you a longer riding distance than a typical MX that has been converted with signals and a headlight.

The 701 Enduro is no longer on the US website, but can still be found the International Huqsvarna portal.

Bred for the streets; the 701 Supermoto takes everything that is already great about the 701 Enduro and converts it into a street-based supermoto for maximum on-road hooning.

You won’t get far off the beaten path with the equipped road tires, but that’s because this bike has been fully converted into a pavement princess thanks to its bigger front brake, updated suspension, and aforementioned road treads.

2022 Husqvarna FE 501S

2022 Husqvarna FE 501S.jpg

When seeking an off-road-centric motorcycle model that is somewhat capable on public roadways, a traditional dual-sport is typically the best option. The Husqvarna 501S is a fully off-road monster that has been converted to be street-legal thanks to its inclusion of signals, license plate holder, and brake light.

With the big-bore 510cc mill only accounting for 64 pounds, this large dirtbike can be taken from trail to trail without having to worry about the logistics of loading a bike in and out of a trailer or truck… Or if you feel like utilizing the 501S as a commuter and taking some shortcuts on your way to work, enjoy having the ability to hop fences and tear up lawns. Your call.

2022 Husqvarna FE 350S

2022 Husqvarna FE 350S.jpg

With a step down in power and displacement from the 501S, the FE 350S can provide a similar experience when it comes to the overall nature of the motorcycle. Keeping in mind that the FE350S was designed for off-road riding with paved roadways as an afterthought, it benefits greatly due to the agility gained from being an overall lighter motorcycle.

The engine of this motorcycle is essentially a bored-out version of the 250cc 4-stroke motor that Husqvarna installs into their MX models, meaning it provides the power of a 350cc engine while maintaining the agility of a 250cc.

Known for their off-road prowess, KTM has always led the industry when it comes to all things offroad. This makes their diverse range of ADV motorcycles especially deadly when considering their massive lineup of MX bikes alone.

In addition to their successful line of Adventure-style motorcycles, KTM has also experimented with some seriously fun short-wheelbase naked models in the Duke series which pleastly combine fun and performance into wide displacement range of naked sportbikes.

Where you find road-worthy slicks on the S, the Super Adventure R wields knobby tires wrapped around wire-spoke rims for more grip when taking the long way home.

In addition to the change in shoes, the R introduces a shorter windscreen and fully adjustable WP XPLOR suspension. Beyond the off-road changes, the motorcycle still rocks the same 1301cc engine found in its road-based brother.

BMW has been slowly building up its model roster for the past decade and we are now finally in a place where we can confidently say that BMW truly has a motorcycle model suited for everyone. From track-day domination with an S1000RR to an entire range of ADV bikes in their GS series ranging from 1250cc all the way to 310cc; BMW has a little something for every rider.

2022 doesn’t bring any significant updates to a majority of their bikes, but that is because many of these models saw big overhauls for their 2021 models thanks to recent Euro 5 regulations being put in place.

2022 BMW M1000RR

Taking something great and elevating it to the next level, is what the “M” badge is all about. The M1000RR is tuned to output 212 hp at 14,500 rpm, and has been treated with a heavy dose of carbon fiber parts for reduced weight. The most obvious addition being the carbon winglets which increase downforce and aid rideability. The carbon fiber wheels and full titanium exhaust give more clues to the race performance additions on the M1000RR. The highest trim level of the S1000RR receives unique “M” livery ensuring there is no mistaking this is the M version.

2022 BMW S1000RR

2022 BMW S1000RR

When trying to imagine the “top of the line” when it comes to motorcycles, two bikes come to mind. Firstly the Ducati Panigale V4 – and secondly the BMW S1000RR. The S1000RR has been the pinnacle of exotic hyperbikes since it first hit the scene. Last year brought several big updates to the hyperbike titan, meaning this year is lighter on the updates; most importantly the available Factory packages.

The 999cc Inline-4 monster produces a staggering 205 horsepower and 85 lb-ft of torque sent through BMW’s very own race-developed 6-speed transmission. As previously mentioned, the 2022 S1000RR has seen updates to the packages, and it will come in three versions this year: Standard, Premium, and M Package.

2022 BMW R1250RS

2022 BMW R1250RS

If you’re a big fan of Aprilia’s touring-based Tuono superbike, then the R1250RS is another great option for you. The R1250RS is a touring-based high-displacement motorcycle aimed at finding the perfect balance between high performance and comfortability. Similar to the S1000RR, very minimal changes have come to the physical motorcycle into 2022, with most of the changes coming into the available dealership packages.

The 1254cc power plant lays down 136 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque while the overall bike does it’s best to maintain a comfortable up-right riding position conducive to long rides on the saddle.

2022 BMW R1250GS Adventure

2022 BMW R1250GS Adventure

The R1250GS is the gold standard of enduro-touring. Synonymous with Adventure, the R1250GS has maintained market dominance in a now oversaturated segment of motorcycling. Like most of BMW’s premium models, the 2022 R1250GS has undergone virtually zero changes to the bike itself, and most of the changes can be found in the dealer package options.

The 2022 R1250GS will be powered by the same legendary air-cooled 1254cc flat-twin capable of 136 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque; more than enough to get you through any dicey off-road situations.

2022 BMW S1000XR

2022 BMW S1000XR

For riders seeking a sense of adventure more bound to the pavement, the S1000XR gives a more road-based approach to touring than the R1250GS. With cast aluminum rims and the same de-tuned 999cc inline-4 found in the S1000RR; you can expect a respectable 165 horsepower and 84 lb-ft of torque to bring some fun to the monotony of long-distance touring.

2022 brings no changes to the BMW S1000XR beyond some new colors coming to the ‘Premium Package’.

2022 BMW R1250R

2022 BMW R1250R

Looking for BMW’s prized boxer-type engine wrapped in a naked sport bike formfactor? The 2022 BMW R1250R is just that!  Perfect for a relaxed or sport tour, the R1250R comes ready with BMW’s ShiftCam to optimize the performance of the engine throughout the entirety of the powerband.

Thanks to the clever boxer design, the R1250R manages to squeeze out a front-wheel-popping 105 lb-ft of torque and 136 horsepower from the 1254cc mill.

2022 BMW S1000R

2022 BMW S1000R

Designed for performance and utter track domination, the S1000R is the naked counterpart to BMW’s popular S1000RR. With its naked “street-fighter” design, the 2022 S1000R also boasts a brand new engine and chassis (not to mention the tech to back it up, either).

The 999cc powerplant borrowed from the S1000RR has been tuned to produce 165 horsepower (84 lb-ft of torque), which makes the 26 pounds weight-reduction from the 2021 model all the more awe inspiring.

2022 BMW F900XR

2022 BMW F900XR

Shrinking BMW’s S1000XR into a more manageable middleweight formfactor nets you the F900XR. With the same approach to street-focused adventure style touring as found in the S1000XR, the F900XR provides a similar experience at a lower cost and smaller displacement.

Instead of a 135 HP beast (and all the tech to back it up) like the S1000XR, the F900XR features an 895cc parallel-twin with a 99 horsepower and 68 lb-ft of torque powerband. A new all-black colorway is available as an option in one of the packages for 2022, but the bike remains unchanged beyond that.

2022 BMW F900R

2022 BMW F900R

With Yamaha’s highly successful MT-09 forcing every other major manufacturer to pivot towards providing a 900cc naked hoon-machine, the F900R is BMW’s answer to the naked equation.

The torque-heavy bike has a hard focus on agility and power with the 895cc inline-two putting down 99 horsepower and 67-lb of torque making it perfect for zipping around the city and popping the occasional wheelie on your way to work.

2022 BMW F850GS Adventure

2022 BMW F850GS Adventure

As all large-displacement bikes often have a smaller counterpart, so does the R1250GS. For riders seeking a step down in displacement and price, the F850GS is present to fill that void.

The off-road-centric ADV touring bike comes ready with a water-cooled 853cc inline-two making 90 horsepower and 63 lb-ft of torque and has zero technical or mechanical updates.

2022 BMW F750GS

2022 BMW F750GS

Continuing the redundant steps down the BMW ADV ladder, we arrive at BMW’s 750cc rendition of the GS series. Believe it or not; the BMW F750GS actually shares many of the same components found with it’s 850cc big brother. The engine found on the F750GS is the same one found in the F850GS but with a major de-tune bringing it to 77 horsepower and 61 lb-ft of torque.

Another similarity to the F850GS (albeit an unfortunate one) is the fact that the F750GS will have no updates for 2022.

2022 BMW G310GS

2022 BMW G310GS

Enjoy whipping around the city on your daily commute but want to keep your options open for a weekend full of off-road adventures? The smallest bike of BMW’s ‘GS’ lineup comes in the form of the BMW G310GS. The G310GS shares it’s a compact platform with the successful G310R, and both have seen great sales since they first premiered.

Although certainly capable off-road, the 34 horsepower 313 single-cylinder engine packs enough power to keep it a great contender for light highway riding and going to-and-from work.

2022 BMW K1600B / GT / GTL

2022 BMW K1600B / GT / GTL

The K1600 series  is BMW’s answer to the performance touring market. The big engine and comfortable ergonomics make it a serious contender when it comes to “big bikes that go far”. The K1600B the the first step into the K1600 series of bikes, meaning it comes with the least amount of factory add-ons off the lot making it the entry point for BMW’s series of high-performance baggers.

The GT and GTL bump up the level of premium features found on the K1600B with a more comfortable seat and extra storage.

The 1649cc inline-six behemoth power plant provides smooth and reliable power for the highway and carefully balances efficiency with it’s 160 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque.

2022 BMW R1250RT

2022 BMW R1250RT

Sitting at the bottom of BMW’s touring range, you’ll find the R1250RT. Fitted with a smaller 1254cc twin-cylinder engine (capable of putting out 136 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque) it may not be as quick as its big K1600 brother, but it also comes at a smaller price tag.

Paired with side cases, a generous windscreen, and a full fairing design, the R1250RT is still no slouch when it comes to long-distance touring.

2022 BMW K1600 Grand America

2022 BMW K1600 Grand America

With an even greater focus on long-distance riding than the K1600B, the K1600 Grand America takes the same K1600B motorcycle and bundles it with even more add-ons from the dealer such as a top-case, better speaker system, additional fog lights, higher windshield, and even engine protection bars.

2022 BMW G310R

2022 BMW G310R

For riders seeking a small displacement BMW on a budget, the G310R is a great place to start. Sharing the same successful platform as the G310GS allows BMW to save some money on the development and implantation of this model which brings down the overall cost at the dealership.

If you’re living within urban limits and are seeking an experience slightly more thrilling than a scooter, the G310R’s 313cc single-cylinder mill outputs 34 horsepower and 20 lb-ft of torque; meaning more fun on your daily commute.

2022 BMW R18

2022 BMW R18

Ever wonder what would happen if BMW and Harley Davidson had a kid? The R18 is what would happen. An absolute blast from the past; the 2022 BMW R18 carefully encompasses classic styling and modern technology in this brilliant cruiser.

The R18 houses the largest displacement boxer engine BMW has ever produced. With its air-cooled 1802cc block cranking 91 horsepower and 116 lb-ft of torque, you can tell just by the stat-sheet that this bike was meant to play in the rolling-thunder.

2022 BMW R18B / R18 Transcontinental

2022 BMW R18B / R18 Transcontinental

If you’re interested in the idea of an 1800cc bagger, but are looking for something better geared towards touring, the R18B and R18 Transcontinental are at your service. The R18B introduces the R18 line with a proper touring set-up featuring a fork-mounted fairing, full infotainment system, and hard side-cases.

2022 BMW R18 Classic

2022 BMW R18 Classic

To really nail that sleek and traditional bagger/cruiser look, BMW offers the R18 complete with semi-soft leather side-cases, a back seat, windshield, and fog lights in the form of the R18 classic.

2022 BMW R nineT

2022 BMW R nineT

Cafe-racing, the BMW way; The R nineT is very obviously a retro-throwback to a time when cafe-racers dominated the tracks. Not only does it look good, it also is built to perform. Say sayonara to dumping tens of thousands of dollars into restoring a cafe-racer of the past and updating it with new tech as the BMW R nineT is a modern wolf hiding in classic sheep’s clothing.

Carrying over last year’s 1170cc boxer engine, BMW is claiming the 2022 edition to produce 109 horsepower and 85 lb-ft of torque despite the cylinder heads being updated for better emissions.

2022 BMW R nineT Pure

2022 BMW R nineT Pure

Enjoy the R nineT but are looking for something more stripped-down? The ‘Pure’ version sheds some of the plastics and unnecessary accouterments from the standard R nineT and provides riders with a more “Pure” riding experience.

Like the standard R NineT, the Pure comes with the 1,170cc air-cooled boxer twin engine but changes include 43mm front fork, 2-into 1 exhaust, and a single gauge (no standalone tachometer).

2022 BMW R nineT Scrambler

2022 BMW R nineT Scrambler

Shock guards, under-seat exhaust, higher ride-height, round mirrors; these are the calling-cards of a classic scrambler motorcycle. BMW has taken the R nineT and tricked it out with all things that make a modern scrambler great. Classic yet versatile.

The 2022 BMW R nineT Scrambler includes the same engine as the other R nineT variants.

2022 BMW CE 04

2022 bmw-ce-04

With the rising gas prices of 2022, what could be a better urban explorer than an all-electric scooter from BMW? The new CE-04 brings cutting-edge styling and flawless functionality while still delivering quite good handling. The CE-04 is torquey with a tad over 45 lb-ft basically as soon as you turn the throttle, and is electronically limited to 75mph. BMW fits the latest technology all easily accessed via the huge 10.25” TFT display. Via the display 3 ride modes can be found, plus full Bluetooth connectivity. The CE-04 has keyless access, stability control, a reverse, and ABS brakes, a very nicely loaded machine. The advertised range is 80 miles and a quick charger is available, and as for storage? Yes, it can easily swallow a full-face helmet.

2022 BMW C 400 GT

2022 bmw C 400 GT

With its classic lines and posh seating, it is hard to find a rival for this scooter. The single-cylinder, 350cc four-stroke engine is rated for 34 hp at 7,500 rpm, and has no problem reaching its 86 mph top speed. The CVT transmission is smooth a keeps the bike responsive to the throttle, and the handling is confident thanks to the 15″ front and 14″ rear tire setup. LED lighting, keyless ride, and ABS brakes are all standard, but be sure to check out the long list of options to really make this ride exactly the way you want it.

Following Aprilia’s introduction into the mid-displacement market last year, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has doubled down on their 660 range of motorcycles for the 2022 model year and has introduced a new motorcycle into the 660 family in addition to some special variants of their existing models.

The last few years have been an opportunity for the brand to cement their focus between the powerful V4 and intermediate-friendly 660 engine configurations. Beyond the Shiver and Dorsoduro 900’s, the entire lineup revolves around Aprilia’s new-found “bread and butter” engines (i.e. the 660 and V4). 2022 finally brings Aprilia fans the ability to go anywhere with the introduction of their new 2022 Tuareg 660 ADV bike, which should help level the playing field with their Italian rival, Ducati (and their long-running Multistrada model).

2022 Aprilia Tuareg 660

2022 Aprilia Tuareg 660

2022 is a big year for Aprilia with many new models and variants making a splash on the motorcycle scene; one of which being their new Tuareg 660. Last year, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer debuted their new 660cc engine/platform which has led to a landslide of new Aprilia models hitting the market. The new Tuareg 660 is one of them.

The Tuareg 660 is aimed at filling the void in Aprilia’s line up and their premiere “go-anywhere motorcycle”. The brilliant ADV-centric design will give riders the ability to go both off and on-road while being packaged into a mid-displacement Italian stallion. The bike features Aprilia’s recent 660cc liquid-cooled inline-two, capable of putting down 80 HP and 51.6 lb-ft of torque.

In typical ADV fashion, Aprilia has a vast lineup of bolt-on accessories ready to take you anywhere your hearts desires, including (but not limited to): aluminum side panniers, 33L aluminum case, engine guards, center stand, a more comfortable seating option, easy-to-install quickshifter, and much more.

2022 Aprilia RSV4 / RSV4 Factory

2022 Aprilia RSV4 Factory

The 2022 Aprilia RSV4 Factory is Aprilia’s premiere superbike aimed at giving riders a premium track experience thanks to it’s over-the-top engineering and power. Aimed at competing with the other superbike titans such as Ducati’s Panigale V4 and Yamaha’s R1; Aprilia was sure to pack a punch in this year’s iteration of the RSV4 Factory.

The revamped 1099cc V4 powerhouse brings more power to the table than ever thanks to improved torque figures and a further degree of refinement when compared to the previous years. Expect to bring a change of underwear when trying to tame the entire 217 HP and 92.1 lb-ft of torque.

In addition to some boosted power figures, this bike also brings some MotoGP-inspired aero features to make sure you stay rubber-down when cranking through corners. The Factory edition also boasts forged aluminum rims, Ohlins smart semi-active suspension, and an upgraded beefy Brembo brake system.

2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 / V4 Factory

2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory

Looking for the same face-blistering power found in the RSV4, but packaged into a more comfortable formfactor? The 2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory is here to satiate such desires.

Featuring the same revamped 1099cc V4 engine (producing a lower 175 HP and 89 lb-ft of torque), the Tuono V4 Factory takes what is great about the RSV4 and packages it into a comfortable beast that can shred the track in addition to long open highways.

Aprilia has taken some design cues from the recently successful RS 660 and brought them over to the 2022 Tuono V4. Aero and ergonomic upgrades make the 2022 Tuono a perfect candidate for high-performance touring.

2022 Aprilia Tuono 660 / 660 Factory

2022 Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory

Another hot new ride to add to Aprilia’s stacked 2022 resume is the Tuono 660 Factory. Aprilia has taken it upon themselves to transfer some premium qualities found in the Tuono V4 Factory and bundle it into the already highly successful base Tuono 660.

Although the base Tuono 660 is already a great bike, the Factory edition kicks things up a notch with upgraded suspension, better power/weight ratio and some special graphic kits.

You will find the same liquid cooled 659cc parallel twin found in aprilias other 660 models, sporting a class-leading 100 HP and 50 lb-ft of torque.

2022 Aprilia RS 660 Limited Edition

2022 Aprilia RS660 Limited Edition

If you are a big fan of the RS 660, The RS660 Limited Edition is sure to excite thanks to its limited availability. To celebrate a highly successful first year of 660 sales and competition, Aprilia is introducing a Limited Edition version of the RS 660.

After taking charge of the Twins Cup (an American racing series featuring twin-cylinder mid-displacement motorcycles), it only makes sense for Aprilia to flaunt its dominance with a special edition of their prize-winning motorcycle.

This special edition features a special American racing inspired livery in addition to some trick competition upgrades such as a single-seat tail fairing cover, oversized top fairing, and an upside-down fully adjustable gearbox. Beyond these changes, the bike will remain mostly the same as the base RS 660.

The RS 660 Limited Edition will be limited to 1500 total units sold.

2022 Aprilia SR GT

2022 Aprilia SR GT scooter

For riders starting on a scooter before moving into the full-size ADV market, Aprilia’s SR GT scooter could be a good place to start.

Marketed as an “urban adventure scooter”, the SR GT’s come with 175mm ground clearance and 120mm of travel in the front shocks. The 2022 SR GT will be available in two engine configurations: 125cc (15 horsepower) and 174cc (17 horsepower).

At the time of writing, the Aprilia SR GT has been announced for Australia only.

Following a big year for Triumph with the introduction of their 660 platform, Triumph is continuing their steam-roll into 2022 with even more new models such as the 2022 Tiger 660 sport. The British motorcycle manufacturer has recently adopted an ethos of low-cost ownership, and they continue to push that mentality into the new year.

Triumph continues to churn out beautifully custom special editions of their most popular models, so even if you’re looking for something a little “extra” Triumph is guaranteed to have something to please.

2022 Triumph Rocket 221 3R & 3GT

2022 Triumph Rocket 3R 221 Special Edition

The Triumph Rocket 221 is truly a specimen of modern technology; the “King of Torque”. For those out of the loop, Triumph was bold enough to denote this motorcycle “221” thanks to its astounding torque numbers. If you haven’t put two and two together yet, yes, this motorcycle really does produce 221 lb-ft of torque.

The Harley V-Rod-inspired Rocket 221 is a comfortable cruiser with one thing in mind; power and torque. Triumph is so proud of how much power this motorcycle puts down that this special edition 3R and 3GT both proudly display their power figures right on the tank of the motorcycle.

The only difference between the 3R and 3GT is the handlebar configurations.

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

Often referred to as one of the best sounding motorcycles of all time, the Triumph Speed Triple RS provides a sporty and aggressive riding style. Paired with a recently updated 1160cc inline-three that cranks the crazy-dial up 29 horsepower to 177 hp (with the added benefit of 92 lb-ft of torque), this bike serves as Triumph’s poster-boy of naked excellence.

Last year saw a major overhaul to the Speed Triple when Triumph bumped the displacement of the engine from a 1050 to a 1200 along with a complete visual overhaul, but it will remain the exact same bike going into 2022.

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR

The Triumph ‘Naked Triple’ bike family (containing the Speed Triple and bigger Street Triple) have been a staple in the Triumph lineup for a long time now. Last year Triumph introduced the Speed Triple 1200 RR, bumping the Speed Triple 1050 up to a beefy 1200cc engine.

The Street and Speed Triple bikes have always had a styling unique to the Triple family. In a bizarre display of design superiority, Triumph has completely reimagined the new Speed Triple 1200 RR for 2022 with some insanely retro-inspired styling. The bike still puts out a torque-heavy 177 HP and 92 lb-ft of torque, except it is now shrouded in brand new full-fairing greatness. The Speed Triple now has its very own retro brother.

2022 Triumph Street Triple R

2022 Triumph Street Triple R

The Street Triple R is an inline-three-based, industry-leading naked middleweight with a large emphasis on torque and overall agility. It comes in three different versions depending on what you’re exactly looking for, but the base R version is still a pleasure to ride.

With the 765cc engine producing 58 lb-ft of torque and having five riding modes to choose from, the Street Triple R is a serious contender when being compared to other bikes in its class. For riders on the shorter side, Triumph offers a version of the Street Triple R with a lower ride height to accommodate.

2022 Triumph Street Triple RS

2022 Triumph Street Triple RS

The Street Triple RS is the top-spec version available for the Street Triple family. It is the same bike as the standard Street Triple R, but brings upgraded Brembo brakes, an underbelly cowl, and a few other minor changes.

2022 Triumph Daytona Moto2 765

2022 Triumph Daytona Moto2 765

Built around the same engine found in the Street Triple, the Daytona provides a full-fairing riding experience; making it a more formidable model for casual track days. The Daytona has always been a good middleweight supersport option available in a market shared by Honda’s CBR600RR and Yamaha’s R6, with the inline-three being the x-factor that separates the Daytona from the rest.

2019 brought a brand new chassis and overhaul to the Daytona, and 2022 brings back a special edition Moto2 765 Limited Edition to the table in celebration of Triumph being the exclusive engine supplier for the Moto2 World Championship motorcycle racing series.

2022 Triumph Trident 660

2022 Triumph Trident 660

Last year, Triumph debuted its bread new 660 platform with the introduction of the Triumph Trident 660; a naked hoon-machine inspired to compete with the likes of naked bikes such as Yamaha’s highly successful MT-07. The motorcycle was very well-received by the industry and saw great sales success as a result.

That brings us into 2022 with Triumph’s second year into selling the Trident and first opportunity to bring changes to the motorcycle. Triumph has already jumped the gun and is introducing a whopping 67 entirely new and redesigned components to the Trident. The 660cc inline-three engine produces 80 horsepower and 47 lb-ft of torque; making it the perfect commuter or starter bike thanks to its low price point.

2022 Triumph Street Twin EC1 Special Edition

2022 Triumph Street Twin EC1 Special Edition

The 2022 Triumph Street Twin EC1 celebrates its classic heritage with a beautiful silver and gray two-tone paint job that is sure to bring attention. Inspired by East London’s early motorcycle scene, the EC1 paint scheme and custom style detailing serve to bring back echoes of the past.

2022 Triumph Thruxton RS Ton Up Edition

2022 Triumph Thruxton RS Ton Up

2022 brings wind of another special edition Triumph motorcycle in the form of the Thruxton RS Ton Up Edition. Taking inspiration from Triumph’s successful racing history, the Thruxton RS Ton Up Edition brings a special design to the existing model. A blue fuel tank with a hand-painted solver coach lining adorns the top; while a special seat, mudguard, black side panels, and accessory-fit fairing wrap the bike in limited edition greatness.

2022 Triumph Tiger 1200GT / Tiger 1200GT Pro / Tiger 1200GT Explorer

2022 Triumph Tiger 1200GT

The Tiger 1200 serves as Triumph’s attempt at a full-fledged ADV motorcycle. The GT edition provides a powerful and lightweight bike dedicated to road-focused adventure riding thanks to its cast aluminum wheels. Triumph sent the Tiger 1200 to the gym, and as a result, it has managed to shed an incredible 50 pounds for the 2022 model year.

The 1160cc inline-three has seen some work as well, and it now produces 148 horsepower and 95 lb-ft of torque; ample power to get you to any off-road destination that your heart desires. The accessory list for the Tiger 1200 models is practically endless, so it’s up to you how you want to customize your ride!

The GT comes stock with a 20 liter tank, and the Explorer edition bumps that up to 30L.

2022 Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro / Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer

2022 Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro

For a more dirt-inclined ADV rider, Triumph has the Tiger 1200 available in a Rally Pro edition built specifically for taking the road less traveled. The Rally model features tubeless spoked rims for increased off-road ability, two off-road specific rider modes, and some off-road specific accessories such as an engine guard and bark-busters to protect your hands.

Beyond the off-road transformation, the Rally Pro edition remains the same as the 1200GT. The Rally comes in an “Explorer” edition boasting some extra accessories included off the lot such as heated grips and seat, tire pressure monitoring system, and some other tech upgrades.

2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660

2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660

A brand new model coming to the 2022 Triumph motorcycle lineup is the 2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660. Taking their recently introduced 660 platform, it appears as though Triumph has taken the opportunity to fill a hole in their lineup with a touring-centric middleweight bike with an attractive price and new styling.

Retaining the same 660cc inline-three from the Trident, the Tiger Sport 660 has been tuned to produce 80 horsepower and 47 lb-ft of torque. The 17L fuel tank and Triumph’s endless accessory-line help this motorcycle become a dangerous threat to the middleweight touring market.

2022 Triumph Tiger 900 GT

2022 Triumph Tiger 900 GT

900cc’s of on-road touring potential nets you the 2022 Tiger 900 GT. This is a capable middleweight ADV bike with a focus directed at on-road riding, unlike its 900 Rally brother. This motorcycle is easy to control for both beginner and intermediate riders alike with its brand new 900cc engine laying down 94 peak horsepower and 64 lb-ft of torque.

For the perfect ADV middle ground, the Tiger 900 family is sure to please.

2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally

2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally

As with every road-based Triumph ADV bike, there is always a version offered with an off-road package. Equipped with the same 900cc inline-three as the GT, the Rally edition brings some off-road based features such as wire-spoke wheels, knobby tires, and an engine bash-guard.

2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Bond Edition

2022 Triumph Tiger 900

(Cue the James Bond theme) For an extra ~$5000 over the base Tiger 900 rally, you can find yourself on a 1 of 250 Bond-themed Tiger to celebrate Triumph’s partnership with the British-based James Bond franchise. Sporting a special matte black livery with bronze iconography, riders can proudly represent all things British.

2022 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport

2022 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport

Although at times it can feel like Triumph’s extensive ADV line of bikes is truly never-ending; it’s important for the British motorcycle manufacturer to have a little bit of everything for every kind of rider. The Tiger 850 sport is considered the “diet” version of the Tiger 900, with the exact same engine being featured (except de-tuned to 84 horsepower and 60 lb-ft of torque).

It features more-or-less the same parts and available accessories but is aimed at being a more accessible bike for beginners looking to get into Triumph’s ADV lineup.

2022 Triumph Street Twin

2022 Triumph Street Twin

The best-selling Street twin returns for 2022 with some minor changes. The retro-styled motorcycle is designed for casual riding and subtle appearances, but that doesn’t let it slow itself down. The 900cc parallel twin outputs a torque-heavy 59 lb-ft, but Euro 5 regulations have knocked a single horsepower from the previous year.

If you enjoy a simple motorcycle that gets the job done without sacrificing street-ability, the Street Twin is an excellent choice.

2022 Triumph Bonneville T1002022 Triumph Bonneville T100

After a big update for 2021, the Bonneville T100 is back with its vintage good looks for 2022. The T100 shares the 900cc parallel-twin of the Street Twin making 64 hp and 59 ft-lbs of torque, with high-quality Brembo front brakes and ABS to bring you back to a halt.

The wire-spoke wheels are wearing Pirelli Phantom tires, and the T100 receives a stunning two-tone paint scheme in either blue or red of course you can always choose full black. The T100 is also available in Triumph Gold Line livery for $750 more.

2022 Triumph Street Scrambler

2022 Triumph Street Scrambler

In a successful bid to bring more “scramble” to Triumph’s proverbial Bonneville eggs, the Street Scrambler brings a traditional off-road look to the Bonneville platform thanks to the addition of multi-surface tread wrapping wire-spoke wheels, wide handlebars, top-routed exhaust, and engine guard; delivering what can only be explained as a much more rugged appearance.

The Street Scrambler ties its offroad cadence around a 900cc parallel-twin, capable of laying down 65 horsepower and 59 lb-ft of torque; enough to meet the recommended dose for both on and off-road riding.

2022 Triumph Bonneville T120

2022 Triumph Bonneville T120

Sitting atop Mt.Bonneville is the T120; Triumph’s pride and joy of their esteemed Bonneville lineup. Although it shares the same classically-inspired visuals as its smaller brother, the T120 comes ready for war thanks to its 1200cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin.

Due to the bump in displacement, you can expect the T120 to shred a little harder than its T100 counterpart; 79 horsepower and 77 lb-ft of torque to be exact. The Bonneville T120 is also available in a “Black” trim package, casting a powder-coated black shadow on all of the previously chrome components

2022 Triumph Speed Twin

2022 Triumph Speed Twin

As a direct step up from the Street Twin, the 2022 Triumph Speed Twin offers a motorcycle that perfectly captures everything that is great about the street twin, but with the addition of a bigger engine and the components to back up the increase in power (for example, a Brembo brakes package).

The 1200cc engine cranks out a confident 100 peak horsepower with room to let the 83 lb-ft of torque really push you along the highways.

2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC / Scrambler 1200 XE

2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC

As with all things Triumph, what has a mid-displacement model must have a high-displacement alternative… In this case, the Scrambler 1200 brings a true sense of adventure with the inclusion of the Bonneville 1200 engine.

While still managing to retain the classic characteristics of the Bonneville lineup, the Scrambler 1200 produces a truly go-anywhere riding experience without having to commit to being an “ADV guy”.

The Bonneville mill brings 89 horsepower and 81 lb-ft of torque to this off-road beast, making it strong both on and off the trail.

2022 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster

2022 Triumph Speed Master

For riders that enjoy the idea of owning a Bonneville, but are more partial to cruiser-style bikes; the Speedmaster manages to wedge its way into the Bonneville lineup with its charming looks and cruiser-style design.

Built around the same 1200cc parallel twin (featuring 76 horsepower and 78 lb-ft of torque), the Bonneville speedmaster brings ample highway power to the table. As far as cruisers are concerned, the Speedmaster has a large selection of accessories for owners to customize with at their heart’s desire.

2022 Triumph Bonneville Bobber

2022 Triumph Bonneville Bobber

Did someone say “Bobber”? Of course, Triumph has a bobber variant of the Bonneville 1200 for those who value style over ergonomics.

Marketed as “brutal” and “beautiful”, this bike takes the reductive approach to the Bonneville and strips it down to its bare minimum. Wrapped in chunky rubber, the wire-spoke wheels in addition to the blacked-out motor components give the 2022 Bonneville Bobber a menacing yet refined overall look.

2022 Triumph Thruxton RS

2022 Triumph Thruxton RS

The Thruxton RS shows motorcycle enthusiasts what it really means to be a cafe-racer. An aggressive riding position, paired with a typical cafe-racer seat means that class is now in session and the Thruxton RS will be your professor of cafe-racing.

Rising from the ashes of the Thruxton 500 and classic Isle of Man TT models, the Thruxton RS brings a modern approach to a classic style thanks to tons of included tech and a 1200cc engine capable of producing 103 horsepower and 83 lb-ft of torque.

Royal Enfield has been operating on an “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it” mentality for quite some time now. Although the India-based motorcycle company broke serious ground last year with the introduction of its Meteor 350, things haven’t changed much for 2022.

Beyond a few visual changes and some special editions, Royal Enfield doubles down on the successes of their existing masterpieces and continues to churn out the same high-selling bikes with the exception of the Classic 350. Last year introduced the “Tripper Navigation System” that came stock on most of their models, and it’s nice to see it make a return for 2022.

2022 Royal Enfield Int 650 Twin

2022 Royal Enfield INT 650 Twin

The Royal Enfield Int 650 Twin is Enfield’s premier middleweight classic-inspired roadster. The relaxed upright classic-style cruiser comes complete with an air-cooled 648cc parallel-twin engine capable of producing 47 horsepower and 38 lb-ft of torque.  Although the visual appearance of this motorcycle is attractive, what is even better is the price. With Triumph being R.E.’s main competitor in this classic segment, having a low-priced option such as the Int and Continental 650s gives this bike a home in 2022’s market.

2022 Royal Enfield Continental GT650 Twin

2022 Royal Enfield Continental GT650 Twin

If you’re still a fan of motorcycles modeled after echos of the past but are looking for something more cafe–inspired than the Int 650, Royal Enfield’s Continental GT660 Twin should fit the bill. The Non-Identical twin to the Int 650 Twin; the Continental GT650 takes what is great about the Int 650 and re-brands it with its deep-rooted cafe-racer-inspired visuals.

The bike remains virtually identical to the Int-650 beyond the visual changes, and even includes the same 47 horsepower air-cooled 648cc powerplant. 2022 brings some new colors to the range with the introduction of five new colorways.

2022 Royal Enfield Int 650 Twin 120th Anniversary / Continental GT 650 120th Anniversary

2022 Royal Enfield Interceptor INT 650 120th Anniversary

To celebrate 120 years of motorcycle manufacturing heritage, Royal Enfield is giving customers the opportunity to purchase a very special edition of both of their 650 models. Featuring special blacked-out accessories and hand-painted pinstriping, the 120th Anniversary bikes will be limited to a very select 480 models worldwide (120 models for each region).

North American customers will have to fight over the 120 models that will be available: 60 Continental GT 650’s and 60 INT 650’s.

2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan

2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan

True to the adventurer’s spirit, the Royal Enfield Himalayan continues to define what it means to be a true dual-sport explorer since it launched back in late 2018. ADV riding can be an expensive hobby, but the Himalayan offers what others can’t: an extremely low price.

2022 brings some ergonomic changes to the middleweight off-road monster and also continues the recent Tripper Navigation upgrade. The air-cooled single-cylinder 411cc engine remains unchanged, and still produces a poppy 24.3 horsepower and 23.6 lb-ft of torque.

2022 Royal Enfield Classic 350

2022 Royal Enfield Classic 350

The Royal Enfield Classic 500 ceased production in 2020 after the Indian motorcycle manufacturer stopped producing their heritage UCE 500 engine. Three million sales later, the Classic 500 was put to rest along with the engine. With the introduction of the Meteor 350, Royal Enfield began planning on resurrecting the Classic but with the newfound 350 platform.

Fast forward to today; we now have a brand new and completely re-designed Classic 500 in the form of the 2022 Royal Enfield Classic 350. Borrowing the engine from the Meteor 350, the same 3349cc single-cylinder engine finds its way into the Classic 350 to produce 18 horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque.

2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350

2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350

After the recent successes Royal Enfield has experienced after the debut of the Meteor 350 last year, R.E. continues to steam their way into 2022 with the Meteor of as their very own poster boy. The Meteor 350 is a blank canvas when it comes to small-displacement cruisers. Anything is possible with the many trim levels and add-ons that can be tossed on at a later date.

With an extremely low pricepoint paired with a stunning visual appearance, the 349cc engine (producing 18 horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque) is almost an afterthought; making this motorcycle insanely popular on a worldwide stage.

It was a unique and successful way to create excitement around the model introductions for 2021, so Ducati created a 6 episode release for the 2022 models that premiered at the end of September 2021. Now I will be the first to admit I have become way too addicted to the marathon style of watching shows that Netflix has taught us all. I had zero patience waiting for each episode to drop. My hat goes off to you Ducati, you had me from the start.

The Ducati lineup for 2022 once again confirms why they are not just the hottest Italian manufacturer, but a premium brand globally. This year there are new additions to the Multistrada, Scrambler, and Streetfighter families. Then to cap off the release videos Ducati unveiled a new Panigale and the very exciting DesertX models.

Alright enough of my babble, let’s get into it and check out every model in the 2022 Ducati lineup.

2022 Ducati DesertX2022 Ducati DesertX

This was an eagerly anticipated addition to the Ducati lineup. The DesertX reveals from first glance that it is meant for aggressive off-road adventures. Using the latest evolution of the 937 cc Testastretta engine, which it shares with the new Multistrada V2, configured to deliver 110hp and nestled within a tubular-steel trellis frame.

Ducati equips the DesertX like it is factory prepped to run the Dakkar. Fitted with a fully adjustable Kayaba suspension with 9.1/8.7 inches of front/rear travel, Brembo brakes with a 320mm front and 265mm rear discs. Using the latest IMU technology the Desert X has 4 selectable power modes, 6 riding modes, you can choose from 3 ABS settings, even the display offers a road display and a rally display.

I can go on and on about this bike, but I will just say this, as a middle-weight ADV bike, the DesertX is poised to be a class leader.

Diavel

2022 Ducati Diavel 1260

2020 Ducati Diavel 1260

Ducati’s class-leading muscle cruiser is back for 2022. The Diavel range doesn’t get much in the way of updates for this year. The standard Diavel retains its contemporary, muscular physique, but with an agile, sporty nature.

The secret to the Diavel’s ongoing success is the Testastretta DVT 1262 engine. It’s a 1262 cc twin cylinder unit that produces an impressive 159 horsepower and 95 lb-ft of torque. It comes equipped with a modern Ride-by-Wire system, three riding modes, three power modes, Desmodromic variable valve timing, and a two-tailpipe exhaust pipe. Traction control, wheelie control, cornering ABS, and a full LED lighting system also come as standard too.

2022 Ducati Diavel 1260S

2022 Ducati Diavel 1260S

The 2022 Ducati Diavel 1260 S is a machine made for those looking for a slightly more refined muscular cruiser experience. While it shares almost all of the same DNA as the standard Diavel 1260, it comes with a number of surprising extras that elevate it above the base model. If you’re expecting a more powerful engine, that’s not the case. The Diavel 1260 still uses the same desmodromic 1262 cc twin cylinder unit, making the same 157 horsepower and 95 lb-ft of torque.

The most significant difference between the two models is the addition of Ducati’s Quick Shift (DQS) technology as standard. It’s a bi-directional system that allows for easy clutchless shifting, enhancing your ride experience and making urban riding a blast—especially during stop-and-go traffic. The 2022 Ducati Diavel 1260 S also gets a second color option for prospective buyers to choose from too.

XDiavel

2022 Ducati XDiavel Dark / S / Blackstar

2021 Ducati XDiavel Dark

The XDiavel offers a relaxed riding position, characterized by a low seat and advanced footpegs, offering riding ergonomics that allow a relaxed and comfortable ride at any speed.

The Testastretta DVT 1262 twin-cylinder engine delivers a maximum power output of 152 hp at 9,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 92.9 lb-ft at 5,000 rpm. Approximately 80% of the maximum torque of the XDiavel is almost immediately available: at 2,100 rpm.

Of course, the electronics package is superb with Riding Modes, Power Modes, Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, and a full-LED lighting system.

For 2022 the XDiavel range appears to continue with no updates from last year.

Hypermotard

2022 Ducati Hypermotard 950

2021 Ducati Hypermotard 950

The standard Hypermotard 950 is back for 2022 but with no changes from 2021. This cool hooligan machine offers exceptional sports performance, incredible handling, and a ride experience like no other. It’s sharp, nimble, and lightweight in nature, but don’t be fooled by its spartan aesthetic, because it packs a powerful punch.

Under the hood, the Ducati Hypermotard 950 features a 937 cc twin-cylinder Ducati Testastretta 11-degree engine. It’s a powerful engine that produces an impressive 114 horsepower and 71 lb-ft of peak torque. It also features a vast array of top-level riding aids, including selectable riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, and more. It’s the ideal motorcycle to channel your inner mischief-maker.

2022 Ducati Hypermotard 950SP

a side view of the 2021 Ducati Hypermotard SP

The Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP is also back for 2022, updated with a new MY22 livery. But don’t worry. No other changes were deemed necessary for the  Hypermotard 950 SP, it’s agile, powerful, and designed for serious trouble-making. If you really want to tame the urban jungle, then there’s only one way to do it: on board a Hypermotard 950 SP.

Featuring the same 937 cc twin-cylinder Ducati Testastretta 11-degree engine, with 114 horsepower and 71 lb-ft of torque, the SP version looks almost identical to the standard model, but there are some key differences. These include the addition of a Ducati Quick Shifter, upgraded suspension, a lighter overall weight, and a few other surprises.

Monster

2022 Ducati Monster / Monster Plus

2022 Ducati Monster

The Monster series is arguably the most recognizable and well-known model line that Ducati has ever produced. For 2022, the Monster carries on after significant upgrades in 2021.

Using a lightweight superbike-inspired frame made from aluminum, with a narrow body and slim design, the Monster is an agile and compact motorcycle. Powered by an updated 937 cc Testatretta 11-degree engine, the now Euro5 compliant Monster produces 111 horsepower and 69 lb-ft of torque: more than enough for the average commuter!

What is different with the Monster Plus you ask? There is the added trim screen at the instrument cluster and the sweet pillion cover. What else? Uhhhhhhhhhh, yeah I think that’s it.

2022 Ducati 1200 / 1200S

2021 Ducati Monster 1200

The big Monster is still available as part of the 2021 Ducati line-up in North America, but with no updates of any kind. The Monster 1200 is an excellent motorcycle for riders in search of versatility, power, and performance, in a contemporary and modern package.

The heart of the Monster 1200 is the 1198 cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder, Testastretta engine with 4 valves per cylinder. It produces 147 horsepower and 91 lb-ft of torque. Standard equipment on the 1200 includes cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, selectable ride modes, a power mode, and Ride-by-Wire technology. It might not receive any updates for 2021, but the Monster 1200 is an undeniably advanced machine.

The 1200S has an upgraded suspension with adjustable Öhlins units, for a sportier ride. Other performance upgrades include 3-spoke Y rims, carbon fiber features, an LED DRL, and an advanced racing braking system. These upgrades help the 1200 S weight in at 4lbs lighter than the regular 1200.

Streetfighter

2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2

A view of the all-new 2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2, available in Ducati dealerships as of December

The Streetfighter V2 adopts the extremely sporty base of the Panigale V2. But the addition of a high and wide handlebar makes it a lot more comfortable during everyday use. The engine is the 955 cc and 150 hp Superquadro controlled by the latest-generation electronic package. The IMU works on 6 axes by measuring the position of the bike in space in real-time and sending the information to the control units that manage the electronic controls. This means Cornering ABS, Traction and Wheelie Control, Selectable Rider Power modes, and up/down Quick Shifting.

I struggle to call the new Streetfighter V2 a toned down naked when it packs 150 hp and weighs in at a featherweight 392 lbs, yet in the Ducati lineup that’s where it falls. The V2 is poised to be the most rewarding daily rider naked bike from Ducati.

2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4 / V4S

2021 Ducati Streetfighter V4 S

Ducati’s Streetfighter V4 platform was a masterstroke when it first burst onto the scene. It was a winning recipe. Essentially, the Streetfighter V4 is a Panigale V4 without the fairings. Featuring an unfettered 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine that produces a fear-inducing 208 horsepower and 90.4 lb-ft of torque, and all the trimmings usually reserved for a class-leading, fully-faired sportbike, this naked streetfighter is in a league of its own.

Aside from the powerful engine, the Streetfighter V4 also features wide-set handlebars, a Showa BPF fork, Sachs rear shock, Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa 2 tires, and Brembo Stylema brakes. And of course, there’s no shortage of top-level riding aids too, such as selectable riding modes, power modes, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie, and slide control, engine brake control, a quick-shifter, and Ducati’s power launch function. The V4S stands out for its Marchesini 3-spoke forged wheels, the adoption of electronically controlled Öhlins suspension and steering damper based on the second generation Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 system. The changes help the V4S shed an additional 2kg’s bringing it in at 199kg.

2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP

New for 2022 the top-of-the-range Streetfighter V4 SP model, offered in a numbered version, and marked with the legendary “SP” (which stands for Sport Production).

Because clearly the Streetfighter V4S just wasn’t enough (sarcasm alert) the V4SP brings additional awesomeness under the stunning “Winter Test” livery. Now mated to the 208hp mill is the STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, which guarantees a better anti-hopping function, even in the most aggressive downshifts, and greater fluidity during all “off-throttle” stages. Add to this carbon rims and Brembo Stylema R® front brake calipers, tweaks to the Öhlins suspension, and the Streetfighter V4 SP sheds an additional 3 kg and becomes an even more capable track weapon.

Multistrada

2022 Ducati Multistrada V2 / V2 S

2022 Multistrada V2 S

There has been a lot of hype for the new 2022 Multistrada lineup, and though another model is getting the most attention, this will be the model that the competition is paying the most attention to.

Centered of the latest evolution of the 937cc Testastretta 11°engine, the new V2 and V2 S excel thanks to 113hp from a twin-cylinder unit that has been lightened and updated in the gearbox and clutch to ensure smoother and more precise running.

Naturally, the new V2 is fitted with the latest electronics including, Riding Modes, Power Modes, Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Brake Light, and Vehicle Hold Control.

Stepping up to the V2 S the headlamp is full-LED, equipped with the Ducati Cornering Lights (DCL) function which optimizes the lighting of the roadway when cornering based on the inclination of the motorcycle.

Lastly, the S version adds the Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO semi-active suspension system, which is based on a 48 mm SACHS fork and a SACHS rear shock absorber, both electronic.

The V4 S also allows the choice of cast or spoked wheels.

2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 / V4 S / V4 S Sport

2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 S

Often reviewed as the best Adventure touring machine available, the V4 family of Multistradas come into 2022 with few changes after being all-new last year.

Lightweight and compact, with the 170 HP V4 Granturismo engine for a sporty and exciting ride on mixed terrain. Ready for long journeys thanks to the navigation system that can be viewed on the dashboard and the innovative rider assistance radar system, it will offer you excellent riding comfort.

Everything you want comes standard on the Multistrada V4 S and Multistrada V4 S Sport. The integration of Radar with the Travel Equipment gives the rider greater comfort and safety with innovative riding support technologies such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection. The V4 S and S Sport also boast Marzocchi Ducati Skyhook Suspension Evolution, larger brake discs and Brembo Stylema calipers, full LED lighting, and Ducati Connect smartphone compatibility.

The Sport model comes equipped with a unique livery, Akrapovič exhaust, and carbon front fender.

2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak

2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak

This is the model that had all the hype in the 2022 Multistrada family. Scrapping off-road duties for pure corner carving, Sport Touring goodness, the all-new V4 Pikes Peak is sure to excite.

Developed to bring the sporty qualities of the Multistrada V4 S to the extreme, a dedicated riding position, 17″ wheels with sports tires, a single-sided swingarm, Öhlins suspension, and the new Race Riding Mode turn the V4 into a bike that is sharp, precise and effective even on the track.

Panigale

2022 Ducati Panigale V2 / V2 Bayliss

Unchanged after last year’s update, the Panigale V2 features the single-sided aluminum swingarm, the hallmark of every high-end sports Ducati. The extensive fairing highlights the more compact twin-cylinder Superquadro engine (smaller in comparison to the Desmosedici Stradale), creating a bike that is visibly leaner and less intimidating than the Panigale V4.

With a maximum power of 155 hp at 10,750 rpm and a torque of 104 Nm at 9,000 rpm, this twin-cylinder engine delivers power smoothly and enjoyably on the road. The Panigale V2 front brakes use twin M4.32 Brembo monobloc calipers, biting 320 mm discs, while a single 245 mm disc at the rear is gripped by a single Brembo caliper.

The new Panigale V2 Bayliss 1st Championship 20th Anniversary celebrates one of the most successful riders of all time and the symbol of an entire community: Troy Bayliss. A special motorcycle, manufactured in a numbered series. 52 wins, 94 podiums, and 3 World Superbike Championships: the Ducati-Bayliss pair was one of the most successful in the motorsports world. Compared to the Panigale V2, the Panigale V2 Bayliss 1st Championship 20th Anniversary is more than 6.5 lbs lighter, thanks to the use of a lithium-ion battery and the choice to adopt a single-seater configuration that explicitly recalls the look of the renowned racing bike.

2022 Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S

Ducati's new 2022 Panigale V4 and V4 S: bike on the track

The 2022 Ducati Panigale V4 and V4 S receive the most thorough update yet, with revisions to the aerodynamics, ergonomics, engine, chassis, and electronics.

A new torque management system helps bump the power, and a new SBK gearbox with lengthened 1st, 2nd, and 6th gears helps maximize the new power output. Every aspect of the V4 has been touched with a magic wand, improving it over last year’s model.

The V4 S features electronically controlled Öhlins suspension, with an NPX 25/30 fork, TTX36 rear shock, and steering damper. And it rolls on premium forged aluminum alloy wheels shod with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires. Upgrades over the standard Showa/Sachs combo and cast wheels.

2022 Ducati Panigale V4 SP

Unchanged from last year this is the Panigale V4 SP, a numbered series of top-tier machines emblazoned with the “SP” (Sport Production) moniker. The Sports Production name first appeared on the Ducati 851 and has since been used to designate models that served as the base for Ducati’s racing bikes in the Sport Production Championship. Today, the SP designation recognizes production bikes with track-focused technical equipment.

Using Ducati’s 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine that produces 214 horsepower and 91.5 lb-ft of torque, the Panigale V4 SP is already a formidable motorcycle, but it has so much more. It’s got carbon parts, billet features, top-shelf suspension and brakes, and all the riding aids you can think of. Better still, it features a “Winter Test” inspired livery in striking black and with brushed aluminum. It’s one of the most beautiful motorcycles on the market, without a doubt.

  • 2022 Color: Winter Test Livery

2022 Ducati Panigale V4 R

2021 Ducati Panigale V4 R

Despite the excellence of the Panigale V4 SP, it’s not the top model in the range. That title is reserved for the Panigale V4 R. Though it has no updates for 2022 and remains identical to the 2021 version, it’s still the top dog in the Ducati superbike stable. The 1,103 cc 90° V4 of the Panigale V4 is replaced by the 998 cc Desmosedici Stradale R to comply with the displacement limits imposed by the WSBK championship. In this form the V4 delivers 221 hp and the limiter is set to 16,000 rpm (16,500 rpm on sixth gear).

With the race kit installed, including the Akrapovic exhaust system, that power figure jumps to an incredible 234 horsepower. Considering that the Panigale V4 R has a total dry weight of 365 lbs, that’s a power-to-weight ratio of 1.41. To keep that under control, the engineers at Ducati Corse treated the Panigale V4 R to everything, from the best suspension available, sophisticated aerodynamics, and more riding aids than most riders would even know what to do with. It’s literally all that and more.

2022 Ducati Superleggera V4

2021 Ducati Superleggera V4

Produced in a limited edition of only 500 numbered units and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, the Superleggera V4 is the most exclusive Ducati ever produced. This superlight sportbike features a carbon fiber front frame, swing arm, fairings, and wheels, partnered with Ducati’s powerful 998cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, with power outputs of 224 horsepower and 85.5 lb-ft of torque, or 234 hp and 87.7 lb-ft with a racing exhaust installed. The lightweight chassis and strong engine result in a power-to-weight ratio of 1.41 hp to kg. Which is seriously impressive.

As you’d expect, this exclusive motorcycle has the full works in terms of top-spec equipment and rider aids. If it can be made out of carbon fiber, it’s made out of carbon fiber. It has all the technology currently on offer from advanced traction control to lap timers. Naturally, it also has a titanium Akrapovic exhaust too.

SuperSport

2022 Ducati 950 / 950 S

2022 Ducati SuperSport 950 S

The Ducati Supersport 950 is an entry-level sportbike that captures the spirit of Ducati’s sporting nature. It takes its inspiration directly from the Panigale V4 range, but in a more compact and manageable shape, and with an entirely different engine. If you’re looking for a calmer, but no-less sexy, Ducati sportbike with a cheaper price tag, then the Supersport 950 is the bike for you.

Powered by Ducati’s 937 cc Testastretta 11-degree twin-cylinder engine, the Supersport 950 produces a modest 110 horsepower and 69 lb-ft of torque, all in a chassis with a dry weight of 405 lbs. The engine is complemented with an advanced electronics suite that included multiple riding modes, power modes, cornering ABS, next-generation traction control, wheelie control, and a Ducati bi-directional quick-shifter. It’s not just a Panigale-lite. It’s a serious sportbike in its own right.

What do you get with the 950S? Suspension improvements. The fully adjustable Marzocchi on the 950 is good, the fully adjustable Öhlins setup on the 950S is even better, plus you can get it in White.

Scrambler

2022 Ducati Icon Dark

2020 Ducati Scrambler Icon Dark

The first of the Scrambler 800 models, the Icon Dark is also the best price. With its 803 cc L-Twin making 73hp, the Icon Dark will keep a smile on your face. The brand new seat is flat and comfortable for the rider and the passenger. An improved suspension set-up and Dual-channel Bosch Cornering ABS system deliver great performance. The Icon Dark has a Matte Black color. Machine-finished aluminum belt covers. Interchangeable aluminum side panels for the highest degree of personalization. Unchanged from last year’s model.

2022 Ducati Scrambler Icon

The Scrambler Icon embodies a non-conformist nature. The air-cooled 803cc L-Twin has 73hp and 49 ft·lb of torque gets up and goes, thankfully it also has a 4-piston front caliper with Bosch Cornering ABS as standard equipment to get you stopped again. You can flaunt style for miles on the Icon. Unchanged from last year’s model.

2022 Ducati NightShift

2021 Ducati Scrambler Nightshift

It’s a stark and bare-bones model designed for prowling through the urban jungle at night. It’s an aggressive-looking Scrambler but with a café racer edge. For example, it features straight, narrow handlebars, café-racer style mirrors, and design elements inspired by the Scrambler Full Throttle model, such as the number plate. Also, take note of the lack of a traditional rear mudguard and wire-spoke wheels. Unchanged from last year’s model.

2022 Ducati Urban Motard

The new Scrambler Urban Motard hits the street with a sporty attitude and a contemporary look. A Fun, energetic, and explicit bike which rides through the urban jungle standing out from the crowd. Equipped with 17’’ spoked wheels, and Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tires, the performance attitude is obvious. The air-cooled 803cc L-Twin has 73hp and 49 ft·lb of torque is more than up to it.

2022 Ducati Desert Sled

2021 Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled

The Scrambler Desert Sled remains the same for the 2022 model year. Very much a tribute to the enduro racers of the 1980s, it’s got red and white details on the tank and mudguards, plus a new, off-road character for tackling the dunes. It embodies the spirit of old-school off-road riding in a modern package. Delightful.

Engine-wise, the Scrambler Desert Sled draws power from the usual 803cc Desmodromic L-twin unit, with 73 horsepower and 49 lb-ft of torque on tap. No surprises there, but what it lacks in engine surprises, it makes up for in aesthetic details, such as the easy-to-miss golden rims.

2022 Ducati 1100 Sport Pro

2022-Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport

The 1100 Sport Pro is the most muscular version ever for a Scrambler. equipped with Öhlins suspension, a new Ride by Wire electronic management system with 3 riding modes, and traction control. The 1100 Sport PRO is equipped with a Brembo braking system with ABS Cornering, which guarantees safety in all types of corners.

The engine is an air-and oil-cooled, 1079cc, two-valve L-twin engine with EURO 5 approval, kicking out 86 hp.

With the first year of project “Hardwire” in the books, it is safe to say that HD is well on the path to advancing the model lineup, without sacrificing too much of the past glory.

Both Pan America, and Sportster S have found positive reviews and acceptance in the marketplace. The trimming of some models appears to continue, and of course, there is an exciting new crop of CVO models.

Gone for 2022 are the Iron 1200, Softail Slim, and Sport Glide. What has been added though are new Road Glide and Street Glide versions called ST’s.

Overall, it is a good thing to see Harley Davidson taking steps to keep itself the “most desirable motorcycle brand in the world”. Now let’s get to the good stuff.

Suzuki is making its way into 2022 with a redefined attitude and many updates to some of their longest-running models. Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S) brings a revolutionary level of technology to the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer’s 2022 lineup.

Although Suzuki’s 2021 lineup was strong; it cannot hold a candle to the sheer amount of updates that have come into 2022. With other Japanese sport-bike manufacturers like Kawasaki bringing big changes and facelifts to their 2021 models, it was only a matter of time for Suzuki to follow suit.

Sportbikes

2022 Suzuki Hayabusa

2022 Suzuki Hayabusa

The ‘Busa boys are back in town for 2022, but this time with some great upgrades to fill the holes that were left in the 2021 update. Last year brought a complete redesign to the 20+-year-old hyperbike after a 12 year run with their previous iteration. Overhauls and room for improvement come hand-in-hand. Suzuki has taken into account many of the complaints that came along with the 2021 overhaul and did their best to remedy them for this model year.

A brand new electronics package coupled with Suzuki’s re-designed 1340cc in-line four combine for Suzuki’s most powerful Hayabusa yet. Suzuki has yet to report the horsepower and torque figures for this bike; which is strange since they market this bike as “The King of Speed” – so we’ll have to sit tight until official power figures become public.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R1000

2022 Suzuki GSX R1000

The GSX-R1000 is the top of the pyramid for Suzuki’s sport-bikes. Although there are some trim packages to take this bike to the next level, the GSX-R1000 is Suzuki’s bread-and-butter street king since it first showed its face in 2001.

Designed to keep up with the rest of Japan’s 1000cc liter-bike class, Suzuki was sure to not skimp out on any important modern tech features. The 999.8cc inline-four powerplant puts down a comfortable 150 horsepower and 78.18 lb-ft of torque. Suzuki’s Quick Shift System comes standard as well as Showa suspension and Brembo T-drive brake rotors in the front

2022 Suzuki GSX-R1000R

2022 Suzuki GSX R1000R

Unlock the full potential of the GSX-R1000 family with the GSX-R1000R. With an extra 50 horsepower layered on top of the existing 150 from the GSX-R1000, the R edition brings a serious amount of power to the table with the 999.8cc inline-four producing a total 199HP and 86.7 lb-ft of torque.

However, the upgrades don’t just stop at the engine. Thanks to the ~$2000 price hike, expect many more upgrades beyond the drivetrain. To help your MotoGP dreams become a reality, a MotoGP-inspired black background LCD instrument panel comes exclusively to this R edition. IMU, fully adjustable traction control and Suzuki’s very own Quick Shift System all come included with this superbike.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R1000RZ

2022 Suzuki GSX R1000RZ

For an extra $100 USD, you can enjoy all the luxuries of the 2022 Suzuki GSX-R1000R taken to another degree of race-inspired greatness thanks to the introduction of this special edition livery. The 2022 GSX-R1000RZ comes complete with a MotoGP-inspired livery taken right off the Suzuki Factory team bikes.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R750

2022 Suzuki GSX R750

Find the GSX-R1000 too hot, and the GSX-R600 too cold? The GSX-R750 may be just right for you. Despite being one of the only companies still manufacturing a 750cc class sport-bike, the Suzuki GSX-R750 has always managed to find its own segment of the market to dominate.

Suzuki markets the 2022 GSX-R750 as a “balanced sportbike experience” thanks to its 750cc inline-four engine configuration squeezed into the lightweight chassis taken from the GSX-R600. Your stopping-power is supplied by Brembo’s Twin Monobloc front caliper, and Showa’s Big Piston Front Fork (BPF) can be found upfront.

Beyond the 150cc bump in engine displacement over the GSX-R600, the GSX-R750 is a very similar motorcycle when it comes to features and technology (for example ABS, traction control, etc).

2022 Suzuki GSX-R750Z

2022 Suzuki GSX R750Z

Much like the 2022 Suzuki GSX-R1000RZ, Suzuki is providing customers with the option to pay extra to have their MotoGP Factory Team’s livery featured on their new 2022 Suzuki GSX-R750. Although it’s a step down from the GSX-R1000R that their official MotoGP race bike is modeled after, it’s still a nice option to bring some “visual horsepower” to your mid-displacement street rocket.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R600

2022 Suzuki GSX R600

In an ever-growing mid-displacement market, Suzuki has been manufacturing the GSX-R600 since 1997. The popular 600-class sports bike has been a staple in Suzuki’s lineup since its inception, and the 2022 model year is no different. The little brother to the GSX-R750 features the same chassis, suspension, brakes, etc. The motorcycles are pretty much identical beyond the smaller displacement 599cc engine featured on the GSX-R600.

Brembo brakes are found up front, mounted to Showa’s Big Piston Front Fork (BPF). To separate itself from the 2021 model, Suzuki has shortened the wheelbase of this bike by 15mm when redesigning the frame. All the advanced tech you would expect from a modern motorcycle is also found here including separate riding modes to swap through depending on your riding conditions.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R600Z

2022 Suzuki GSX R600Z

It’s a special edition livery party! The 2022 Suzuki GSX-R600 is also available in a “Z” edition to pay tribute to their highly successful MotoGP team! Much like its bigger brothers, the 2022 Suzuki GSX-R600Z boasts a livery to match the Suzuki Factory team’s current MotoGP livery. For only an extra $100 USD, you might as well get yourself onto this special edition if you’re in the market for a new GSX-R600.

2022 Suzuki GSX-R125

2022 Suzuki GSX R125

The 125cc displacement class in motorcycles has seen a global popularity boom in recent years. Suzuki’s chip in the pile comes in the form of their GSX-R125. 2022 Suzuki GSX-R125 is claimed to have the best power-to-weight ratio, torque-to-weight ratio, and acceleration across the entire 125cc market; which is pretty amazing.

The brand new 124cc engine produces a predictable 14.7 horsepower and 8.5 lb-ft of torque. Although these power figures appear to pale in comparison to the rest of the Suzuki lineup due to the small displacement, the Japanese manufacturer still claims to have best-in-class specs which are great to see.

LED lighting, ABS, and a wicked lightweight chassis all play a part in making this a dangerous competitor in the small-displacement market.

2022 Suzuki Katana

2022 Suzuki Katana

Suzuki’s modern iteration of the classic Katana first launched back in 2019, and since then the motorcycle has undergone some minor changes to keep up with the yearly tech updates that relentingly unroll every model cycle.

Although you could argue that the Katana sits in its own category when being compared to the rest of the sportbikes found in Suzuki’s lineup, it borrows many features and components from many existing bikes. The GSX-R based 999cc powerplant produces 147 horsepower and it was developed straight from the 2005-2008 GAS-R1000 engine.

If you’re looking for a modern up-right naked bike with style call-backs to a forgotten era, this is the perfect bike for you.

2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000GT

2022 Suzuki GSX S1000GT

The 2022 model year welcomes a brand new sport-touring model that comes in the form of the 2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000GT. This model comes as a direct replacement to the previous GSX-S1000F and has a hard focus on “going the distance” thanks to its touring-based design ethos.

The same 150 horsepower inline-four found in the GSX-S1000 has been carried over to this model. Although it isn’t cranking insane power figures like many other bikes found in the same 999cc displacement class, Suzuki has tuned the block to be as comfortable as possible for long-distance riding.

Fresh styling, a beautiful full-color TFT display, Brembo stopping power, inverted KYB forks, and touring-centric features like a bolt-on seat subframe (for more luggage) make this replacement in Suzuki’s Touring segment happily welcomed.

2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000

2022 Suzuki GSX S1000

The Suzuki GSX-S1000 comes into the 2022 model year carrying over the completely re-designed visuals from the previous year. The naked-styled 999cc bike serves as the base for the touring-centric GSX-S1000GT+; meaning that it shares the same 150 horsepower inline-four capable of putting down 78 lb-ft of torque to the rear tire.

As a direct competitor to bikes such as the MT-10 and Z1000, Suzuki is stuck with developing a highly capable naked sportbike to compete. The GSX-S1000 comes complete with Brembo brakes, ABS, 43mm KYB front fork, and has even managed to shed a couple of pounds from last year’s iteration.

2022 Suzuki GSX-S950

2022 Suzuki GSX S950

To make the GSX-S1000 available to A2 licensed riders in the UK, Suzuki is offering the 2022 Suzuki GSX-S950 as a substitute specifically for the UK market. The bike is virtually identical to the GSX-S1000, except it comes with a limiting kit that brings the power down to 98 horsepower from the original 150.

2022 Suzuki GSX-S750 / GSX-S750A

2022 Suzuki GSX S750 ABS

The 2022 Suzuki GSX-S750 ABS is an up-right naked sportbike centered around Suzuki’s 749cc engine taken from the GSX-R750 producing 112 horsepower and 79 lb-ft of torque. It follows the same formula as the GSX-S1000; taking a full-fairing sport bike and reformatting it for an up-right / naked riding experience.

The most recent generation of this motorcycle has has it’s visuals shifted around to more effectively capture the aggressive “street-fighter” look found in the GSX-S1000; but beyond some paint options, nothing comes new to the 2022 model year for this bike.

2022 Suzuki SV650

2022 Suzuki SV650 ABS

The Suzuki SV650 will forever be known as the king of “starter bikes”. This motorcycle is easy to operate, makes safe and predicable power, and comes at a low cost. It’s a naked bike featuring a very comfortable seating position and has been a main-stay for new riders since it first came onto the scene in 1999.

The bike carries over its same 649cc V-twin that puts down a nice 112 horsepower and 60 lb-ft of torque. There are no updates for 2022.

2022 Suzuki SV650X

2022 Suzuki SV650X

For the cafe-racer inclined, Suzuki has the SV650X that combines everything right about the original SV650, but with some trick cafe-racer styling. The slotted headlight cowling, blacked-out accessories, and vintage-inspired tuck-and-roll leather seat bring this modern motorcycle back to the past while retaining all the tech and modern accouterments needed to navigate the advanced world of 2022.

2022 Suzuki GSX-S125

2022 Suzuki GSX S125

As with most naked models listed here, the 2022 Suzuki GSX-S125 is a naked conversion of the 2022 Suzuki GSX-R125. Once again, Suzuki claims this platform has the best power-to-weight ratio in the entire 125cc street sport class.

The 2022 Suzuki GSX-S125 comes complete with a lightweight ABS system (which is probably a contributing factor to the class-leading power-to-weight figures), new chassis, LED lighting, and a 124cc engine capable of producing 14.7 horsepower.

Cruisers

2022 Suzuki Boulevard M109R / Boulevard M109R BOSS

2022 Suzuki Boulevard M109R

Suzuki’s lineup wouldn’t be complete without a large displacement V-twin-based cruiser in the mix. The 2022 Suzuki Boulevard is here to deliver a careful balance of power and style. The liquid-cooled 1783cc V-twin puts down 112 horsepower and a neck-snapping 118 lb-ft of torque to the overweight 240mm wide rear tire.

The blacked-out BOSS styling continues onwards from last year, but with the paint options even being the same as the 2021 model year there are no notable changes to the motorcycle for the 2022 version.

2022 Suzuki Boulevard C50 / C50T

2022 Suzuki Boulevard C50

Another cruiser-style V-twin motorcycle making its way into 2022 with virtually no changes is the base 2022 Suzuki Boulevard C50. the C50 is a great option when contrasted to the M109R for riders seeking a smaller, more agile cruiser adorned in classically-styled chrome bodywork.

The C50 is built around a lightweight 805cc liquid-cooled V-twin and produces 53 horsepower and 52 lb-ft of torque making it a perfect starter bike for those in the market for a new classic cruiser. At the moment only Suzuki’s Canadian site has any of the 2022 C50 model variants listed.

The C50 comes with two additional trim options; the C50T and C50SE. Both of these models come complete with Suzuki’s various add-ons to make your cruiser lifestyle a little bit easier on the open roads.

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050A

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050A

Suzuki’s V-Strom model family is designed with the intention of being able to take you anywhere, any time. The 1050A comes in a few different variants depending on “how far into the unknown” you’re willing to visit, but they all still retain a base-level ADV awareness. Consider the 1050A as a base that the other variants are based on.

All of the V-Strom models come with Suzuki’s 1037cc, 90 degree V-twin engine controlled by a Ride-by-Wire system. The 2022 model year for all V-Strom 1050 variants has seen some engine updates, namely new camshafts and pistons. Off-roading is an important facet of ADV riding, therefore Suzuki has also updated the Traction Control System for 2022 thanks to four levels of adjustment in addition to the power delivery settings.

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050XA / V-Strom 1050XT / V-Strom 1050XAA / V-Strom 1050XT TOUR

2022 Suzuki V-Strom XT

The 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 1050XA takes the road-leaning 1050A and brings a full off-road package to the model in the form of fully ADV-inspired extras.

Spoke-style rims often found on most premium ADV motorcycles are available in the XA version, along with a welded aluminum bash-bar to protect the undercarriage and engine. Another notable addition would be the hand coverings found mounted to the handlebars to keep your digits safe when flying through the treelines.

Canada and Europe both get a final edition as well. For an extra ~$1000 Suzuki will include their own hard-cases to the build in the form of the V-Strom 1050XAA and V-Strom 1050XT TOUR.

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650 / V-Strom 650A

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650

For ADV riders seeking similar off-road performance as the V-Strom 1050 at the fraction of the price/displacement, the 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650 checks most boxes. The 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650A serves as a road-focused ADV model with Canada and Europe getting more off-road-centric packages in the form of the 650XT Touring and 650XAA.

The V-Strom utilizes its tried and true 645cc V-Twin to produce 70 horsepower and 45 lb-ft of torque. Beyond some new paint options, the V-Strom 650 is identical to the 2021 version.

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT

As previously mentioned, the V-Strom 650 comes in an off-road variant as well. The 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT takes everything that’s right about the base 650 and brings some great off-road additions to the platform.

Similar to its big brother – the 1050 – the XT package brings the V-Strom 650 some key upgrades such as wire-spoke rims, handguards, and a belly pan to keep your engine safe when traversing rocky conditions. Beyond these bolt-on additions, the bike remains the same as the base V-Strom 650.

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XAA

2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XAA

Much like the V-Strom 650XAA, the 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT Adventure gives American buyers the option to get a fully loaded ADV motorcycle straight off the lot.

In addition to all of the goodies found on the 650XT, Suzuki cranks up the accessory levels with the addition of the same aluminum side cases found on the Canadian V-Strom 650XAA along with an engine guard in case keel over on the trails.

2022 Suzuki DR-Z400S

2022 Suzuki DR Z400S3

The 2022 Suzuki DR-Z400S is Suzuki’s premiere DualSport bike. The “street-legal dirt bike” comes complete with adjustable suspension, electric start, analog gauges, and inverted forks for agility on the streets.

The liquid-cooled 398cc four-stroke engine provides a bulletproof base with plenty of low-end torque to keep it capable off-road. The “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it” rings loud in the DR-Z ethos as this bike has undergone virtually no changes.

2022 Suzuki DR-Z400SM

2022 Suzuki DR Z400SM1

For those out of the loop – a SuperMoto build happens when one takes a traditionally off-road dirt bike platform, and “street-ifies” it with the addition of slick tires and a few more creature comforts for the street. The end result is a buck-wild wheelie machine great for commuting and overall hooning.

2022 Suzuki DR-Z400SM takes the DR-Z400S and brings an inverted front work, wide spoke-style rims, and a much bigger front brake rotor.

2022 Suzuki DR650S / DR650SE

2022 Suzuki DR650S2

The 2022 Suzuki DR650S brings what the 2022 Suzuki DR-Z400S does not. Unlike it’s motocross derived little brother, the DR650S is a go-anywhere dual-sport bike with a much bigger engine.

The 644cc single-cylinder engine is oil-cooled and lays down 43.5 horsepower and 40 lb-ft of torque making better for highway riding than the smaller dual-sport option from Suzuki.
